Notice of the Rawdon Neighbourhood Development Plan Proposal
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING (GENERAL) REGULATIONS 2012 AND THE LOCALISM ACT 2011 – REGULATION 16 (PUBLICISING A PLAN PROPOSAL)
The Rawdon Neighbourhood Plan prepared by Rawdon Parish Council, sets out a vision for the future of Rawdon and includes planning policies that will help Leeds City Council to determine planning applications in the area.

The neighbourhood plan and supporting documentation can be inspected online:

HOW TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS
Members of the Leeds City Council Neighbourhood Planning Team are willing to discuss the neighbourhood plan over the phone by appointment, please email npsupport@leeds.gov.uk or phone 0113 37 87997 to make arrangements.
We strongly encourage those making representations to use the online survey available at: https://surveys.leeds.gov.uk/s/RawdonNpReg16/ or by using the QR code below.
You can send representations via email to npsupport@leeds.gov.uk.
Please ensure representations are submitted by Monday, 18th September 2023 (5pm).
NOTIFICATION
Any representations may include a request to be notified regarding Leeds City Council’s decision under Regulation 19 (Decision on a plan proposal) to make the neighbourhood development plan for Rawdon
The consultation runs for 8 weeks from Monday 24th July, 2023 to Monday 18th September, 2023 (closing at 5pm)
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL COMMENTS RECEIVED WILL BE PUBLICLY AVAILABLE AND MAY BE INCLUDED ON THE LEEDS CITY COUNCIL WEBSITE
