The current open consultation has two aspects to it; a consultation on the methodology LCC are using and a specific opportunity to comment on sites submitted. The option to submit sites remains open.
Outer North West Area
The assessment for Outer North West is that 8663 new homes are needed in the new plan period. 1116 homes are on already allocated sites or have current planning permission and a further 176 homes have been built in 2024-25 – this brings the net assessment down to 7371 for the area.
